Parts that should have been animated, were left as frozen as still pictures. It felt as though it was a half hearted effort. Simple things like the power auras could've been done better and it just didn't seem to flow right.

if your going to use a stolen sound clip at least draw original artwork or if your going to trace stolen artwork, use an original soundclip - that way theres SOME originality to your work. As far as graphics and animation go - don't trace, start off by tracing to learn how to draw a character, then try drawing it by whilst looking at it, and then try drawing it from memory - its a good technique for drawing specific characters or structures. Also try animating at a higher framerate, 30fps is good to animate at but very underrated, at times this seemed it was animated at about 6fps. 0'd, but keep on trying.

this was Obviously traced, dont deny it. even if it wasnt traced it was not done well,
Its a direct law violation to steal somone elses characters and use them as your own
to top it off you directly copied from the episode
The owners of the rights to DBZ dont care if you make a fanflash ussually but if you directly copy something they will fine the Shit out of you, well im not gna go report you cuz that would be a shithead move but anyways you seem to be a good animator so i guess all i got to say is dont break anymore laws

this was a really good first flash but at not being an original idea it kinda lowered it down... Also i found it to be a bit choppy... but still keep it up ^^

This was pretty good for a first flash. Next time you should make something original though. People want to see new material not carbon-copies of stuff they've already seen. Plus, your lip synching could use some work. ;D
