ermmm...
The dialogue has potential, but it's delivered rather poorly, so it's not as funny as it could be...
but on the plus side, the drawings and animations were decent.

I dunno. I can see what you were going for with the randomness. It just doesn't work i'm afraid. Theres no sense of timing or structure. Random humor is best when thrown in an otherwise normal situation. If everything from start to finish is random, it's just a bunch of gibberish. The animation has potential, but the voices were just bad. I loved the Dream Theater tattoo on Don though.

I'm not catching on to the trend of people using that strange accent and making random flash movies. The funniest thing I found in that entire clip was the censor over all the turtle's crotches.
I feel a "Foot-in-the-Mouth" momment comming on, but that accent... did you copy that from other flashes, or is that your real accent? If it's real, then great, but if you 'borrowed' that to make your flash funnier, then I'd suggest looking for new outlets.
Randomness?
Oh I do hope you are joking. Nothing random about this. Pretty much the same formula as the others. Turtle says some "hilarious and random". Leo screams. Blah blah blah. Getting repetitive.
I don't know if this was meant to be funny, random or surreal. It was neither of them anyway. Dali you guys ain't!
Although, I was happy to see no random appearances from characters from other flash series' and animes.
