You put decent graphics and a good moral at the end.
But before anything, you should change the TITLE as it is somewhat offensive to every drivers.

You could pick a better
Your title is very offensive and is am attack on the entire driving community, not very wise of you at all. The graphics were good, but you could add faces, and how does a car get completely totaled by a bicycle....it doesnt make any sense. The moral of the story was neat though and informative for children.
A lesson and hilarity all rolled into one :P

I don't even have a bike, but I know what you're talking about. Just about every time I go out for a drive, some idiot who thinks he/she is an expert driver has to pull something stupid. As for the bikers where I live, they're smart enough to stay AWAY from the half-ton metal death machines and stay on the sidewalks. Cool flash though. Best I've seen today.
