Very good for your first game.
This very much reminds me of the NG game "Neon" You pulled off the style pretty well.
On to the scores
Graphics: 7 --- The graphics were flawless, i saw no problems there, but they were a bit too simple for me. The simplicity went well with the game, it's just that there could have been a bit more detail than what you've done. The glow effect was executed quite nicely, however, maybe you should tone down the filters a bit, as it starts to lag, later on.
Style: 6 --- Very reminicent of Neon. It's not the most original game, since its almost Neon's little brother (so to speak) but you pulled it off well. Flying/shooting games have been done many times on newgrounds, but they always have the user moving through a rediculously huge space defeating enemies that are convienently placed in neat lines for you. You didn't follow the crowd, so you've earned some points. Only one movie has ever earned a 10 in style from me, so you did good.
Sound: 7 --- The sounds that were used were used perfectly, but I found there to be a slight lack of sounds. There's really nothing more to say about this category, so I'll move on.
Violence: 7 --- Obviously there is violence in the game, heck, the entire game is violence, but it's not as if you're splitting heads with an axe or something. No 10 for violence, but I still felt it was executed well. If there was blood flying all over the place in a game with this style, it'd be completely ruined.
Interactivity: 10 --- The controls were programmed flawlessly it seems. I could find no bugs in this game, and the movements were nice and fluid. The physics could have been owrked on (ex: bouncing off enemies when you crash into them) But considering this is your first game (judging from your submission list) You did fine. I've got no problems here, so you get a solid 10.
Humor: 0 --- No humor in the game, but there didnt need to be humor. It was a shooting game. Since I feel that humor wasn't at all important to the flash, I'm not deducting this from your overall score.
Overall: 7 --- A very good first-game. As I said before, it greatly reminded me of Neon, but that isnt necessarily a bad thing. You seem to have a lot of potential as a game creator, and I'd like to see more from you in the future. But next time, maybe come up with your own, entirely original idea, k? :P
