But the graphics could be better, and try to let the words run parallel with the lips (or however you say that...)

I am happy with the graphics because they are simple, yet good enough to blend in with the background. Though there is come weird moments, Leons hair looks cut from the rest of the image at some point (Scene 4) and Ada's arm has some clipping (Scene 4)
As for lip synch, I noticed that running the movie on a slow computer does mess things up greatly. Like when Ada says: "What a cute little dog"
On the other hard, I totally forgot to make the lips move when Ada says: "Hey Look!"
