See you presented all of these as fact, when clearly most have been debunked. The ghost in the window was a Ted Danson cut out and the scream on the song was when on the Ohio Players did a big inhaling screech.
Yes, these things are called Urban Legends, but when huge chunks from your text seem to be taken verbatim from Snopes, it's easy to see why people could accuse you off ripping off material.
