Fantastic!

This is definately much better than most of dress-up games!

The graphics are nice, TANKMEN style, good job.
The music...well...it's ok. There are better NG-related songs, but that is pretty good, and it isn't annoying. Try to add more songs in the next one :)
I found the interactivity very interting. Most dress up games are simply click&drag, you went an step further. The rotation is an excellent idea.

However, I found that there are few objects to put into the guy. Add more, much more stuff! The amount is good in this one, but simply the quality of this dress-up deserves more. Also, try to put some more effort in the backgrounds (I know you can do better)

I'm sure that if you keep practising, eventually you'll get the Front Page!

Thanks for the awesome review, ive been straped for time lately (first year of college) so ive mostly just been trying to prefect the way of the dressup game. ill try adding more stuff and maybe animated bakgrounds. with stuff moving. we'll see how it goes lol

that was a pretty good game =) it needs more items though if you need any help with items message me also i liked it cause you could rotate. 9/10 4/5 hope the 3rd ones gonna be awsome!
