It's a shame that he died... He was great guy to watch and no matter how many times he gets hurt or gets near death, he always laughs about it and has an ace up his sleve somehow to get around it. May he rest in peace... and continue his job even in the heavens... tackling snakes and wrestling with crocs...

Short but sweet is the only way to describe it really. He'll be truely missed by me & my mum. I never even got to meet him, shake his hand & have a little chat. He's great, there is no 'was', he still is righr now! What a guy, I've been crying my eyes out because of the loss. Poor Terri & her children, it's so awful & it was so unlucky which made it worse! Rest in Peace Steve Irwin, Rest in Peace...
