This does not deserve such a high score.
This was shitty, despite the unoriginality. I'm not the biggest fan of these Mario Blooper movies, but I dont mind them, if they are made well.
You shouldnt lower the quality of the sprites as much as you did, because it looks really bad. Learn to work with sprites better if you want to make sprite movies.
Stretching sprites looks really horrid aswell, like in the P balloon joke, it was acceptable till a certain extent, but you overdid it like 3-4 inflations.
Your own drawings were horrible. Sorry, they were. Try harder. Spend more time on your drawings, that should work.
I did like some things tho, Mario quotes I hadnt heard before, some jokes were pretty good, they should have been executed better tho, the timing was sometimes a bit off for my taste aswell. I also liked the result of Mario plunging into the world, tho you saw it like two seconds.
Also, your explosions are fucking horrible.
Keep going tho, you're funny enough to make it work.
