I really liked how you showed us the frame-by-frame. I don know if it's been done before, but it was implemented well. The text is to the point and interesting.
The presentation, however, is average.

a very fine tutorial you got here... it gets my vote to go into the "Flash Tutorial" category. it offered some pretty good advice, was very original and helpful and your willingness to assist flash artists was great.
good work on this one, glad to see it win a daily 4th and hope to see it in the "Flash Tutorial" section soon.

i liked it, but mainly because i love history. the rest of the movie was exacly like the guns and explisons tutorial. i did find some miner mistakes in your movies english, 1: the bit when you said 'a.D.' its just a.d. ok
and in the hand trased bit you put 'in your layer' it dosn't make much sense it should be ether 'in the first layer' or 'in a layer'
