I just assume robots do the thing they do in Wall-E and plug in until they need to be powered on again for their utility, it would be funnier if you could charge them with a single USB-C Connector

A robot does not "need" to sleep in a bed - or at all - but if their human should happen to wish to share a bed with them, then the robot may be inclined to oblige.
