Not very good, could use work.
and also the dalek voices are really bad and echoish.
The sound was all very low quality.
And also, why can't you use video without it being illegal?
you can also get a better Cyberman "Upgrade".
Really, this needs more work.
Give me a copy of the files and i can make it better.
I really think it needs improvement.

i am the leader of the doctor who crew, so
i know my Doctor Who. this was a pretty good sound board. i could understnad what each was saying, adn i liked the stop all sounds button. just ad different backgrounds, and try to group them together, like all cybermen sounds on the left column and all K9 sounds on the right.

Well, first of all, the graphics and style were pretty bad in this soundboard. The soudns from that robot-guy were preetty ahrd to hear, but some of the other ones were of pretty good quality. Also, there weren't enough sounds.

Twas Ok
I read the submission and thought "Who the hell wants a Doctor Wjo soundboard?!?!" but I went on it and the little catchphrases were quite cute and funny. But doesnt last long, I doubt many people are sad enough to listen to every sound. It was funny, but I think you should choose a better subject to do a soundboard on.
Still, I expect it to get through.

Sorry, it is quite a good soundboard...
... but with no real animation and little in the way of graphics- pictures of the people etc.- I cannot real pass it on a Flash animation website.
The sounds were mostly of reasonable or quality and I wish you luck with this soundboard elsewhere or developed more appropriately for this site.
Well most soundboards have no animation in because they are used to play sounds not to watch :s
