Dismemberment is a good option, since you cannot really KILL a zombie
The top speed of a zombie SHOULD be a slow jog
melee weapons are a best bet, since ranged weapons use AMUNITION
melee weapons are recomended to be long, since knives require you to be too close
even IF you are bitten, you will not become a zombie, it will probably get some strange infection though.
If you are weak-willed, weak, and in possesion of a handgun, commit suicide as soon as possible, but aim for your head/spine, or you will liver long enough to suffer.
