Quite alright for a first flash
Quite good considering it's your first flash, You could make it better by colouring the background or something, also with the cut-out images try tracing them in a cartoony style (outlining) instead of just using the cut images because they don't really fit with the characters.

For a first entry, this was great! The action kept my attention until the end of the song and made me want to jump around like I was at the concert.
As far as improvements go, you might think about adding some sound effects and doing more with the background textures.

Great for a first submission
Overall it was very enjoyable, and the only problems I saw with it are things that will surely go away as you become more familiar with Flash. Your pacing was great, your choice of subject was interesting, your synch was good, and you produced something that was very likable. Kudos to you for figuring out what you were doing -before- you started hitting the Submit button.
