It definitely deserves a high ranking. Most of my feelings are described in the review on your site.
I also, however thought that the drawings were really good, the music got a bit monotonous and could be improved, but that's the only problem in my opinion.
I understand that the repeating music can be a style thing, but how about having a long song, with a short loop playing every so often. You could, like break into other music, or break into the loop every so often.
Why on earth did you put this on Newgrounds?
This is a splendid movie in many respects, but you really have chosen a bad place to showcase it! The average Newgrounds fare has much less tact than your work, and few even attempt to have meaning. There's a lot of junk on the site, but I wind up coming back for the occasional gem like this.

I kind of got the movie....Well, actually I did...It was just a guy whose bad actions caught up with him....
But hey, this is NG!! Thats the kind of humor my mom would like. Not violent, offending meterial that NG is know and respected for!
Its ok...For somewhere else but NG...
