I found how to get some starting cash
Well its preety simple u go to that bar in academy and before u go in u save and go in talk to guard in corner bet in 100 $ and if u lose load if u win go out and save and do it again and again and again u will get loads of money!!!!

it was a good game and kinda fun but boring cuZX the killin got too easy after a while.
