I like it...
Not quite as good as the second one obviously. Have you played Sonny or Sonny 2? The layout of the games are very similar.

Doors
The doors look like cocks lol
Short but good
I've played the game through a few times, and I must agree with many, good story, but the top down view is annoying. Also all of my skills are not available when dueling Guy, namely Pyro and Feedback. Final gripe, you have to sleep to have your stats adjusted to properly reflect your training.
As an interesting note, I used the before mentioned save/gamble routine and boosted my attack power and pyro ability high enough to one shot any enemy on my second playthrough. Proving once again that cheating takes the fun out of a game.
