A SSBM collab one week before Super Sprite Brother Collab 2 XD.

anyway, heres my review :

As a sprite user myself, I know you guys will be able to do much better in no time. But for what I saw, it wasnt great. not at all.

Most sprites were jumpy, badly tweened and stuff. Some battle repeated and blah blah blah.

As for the sounds, that music from Super mario RPG. probably not the best choice for a SSBM collab, but its a nice music.

And could you reply with the Frame Rate? it could probably be why everything was messed up.

( I would reccomend a FPS of 30 )

The menu, the BG is only a bitmap image, sadly.

Could be better.

It's a sprite movie where the quality of the sprites seems to vary (blurred, non-blurred, or 8-bit?) and clash, but never really excel. One factor of the SSB is that the camera constantly zooms and scrolls to make the fighters the focus of the screen, so it looks more dynamic when the fighters move. None of that shows up here.

The movement of the characters is slow and badly implemented. The sprites should move around more naturally instead of using diagonal jumps and floating over the arenas.

On the whole, it's a nice idea, but one that's very badly executed.

ok... but way to much link

This was ok, the doctor mario and peach one was very good, I especially liked the turnip eating. The sheik and marth one was not so good because all the characters did was on motion while fighting, and the chopped up marth was really unessicery. The link ones were horrible, the looked like copies of themselves, and master hand? The forx vs. Sheik was amazing with the needles against the gun and the fox fire. I may have for gotten one of them but the whole thing was just OK.

sorry to score u so low but considering that 7 people worked on this i expected more i thought it would honor ssbm not just play random &repetetive fights and it didnt appeal to me bro sorry

Yea.. Um...

Not really that good. I thought it needed more work. Fights were weird and random.
