Needs work
This type of thing has been done years ago (and much better) in java on sodaplay. Search google for it, as urls aren't allowed.
This one doesn't have any solid floor, the controls are difficult and the workspace area is a fixed size. Good try though.

Cool gadget, but it needs some work. There should be buttons of somesort instead of just floating words. Also it would be great if the nodes could collide and bounce around. And I would love a safe function.

I found something interesting, make a model, set the friction to -9, and gravity to 99. And begin the simulation. Everything will go crazy and fly around the screen. After a while all the red nodes will stay on the upper-left corner of the screen and there will be black and gray stuff on the bottom side of the screen
It was cool
Mainly because you can create a perpetual motion device with negative friction.
