Potential!

While its clear you are new to flash, what with the highly simplistic designs and your characters having no arms or legs, and just hand floating in the air, you definitelty have a few things right!
The idea was cute, and despite the crude drawings, you got the EMOTIONS of the character across, which is what's important in animation.
You also used some rather dynamic camera angles there for something so crudely drawn.
I'd say if you keep working at it, you could very well make something fantastic in not too long.

p.s.

Its also good to credit the musician who made the music for your flash. That was catchy music and I'm sure others (including myself) would love to know where its from.

well, only thing I could really pick out that you might not have meant to do is that it is choppy, quite choppy. But heck, its not half bad at all.

Not too bad, the music went good with the animation. But you should have added some more stuff, where the hell did he get a carrot rocket? Interested to see more.

Wayyy too short

The Style is high cause, people don't usually come up with this sorta thing but, I blammed this because it's like, way too short. Also I liked the music :p

not bad for a start

I want to see how he gets his carrot to the moon now... I suppose my best suggestion is once you have the whole thing done, put it into 1 episode. The music was nice, and for once, there's a storyline. Many people who make flash seem to forget that stories are what makes things interesting. Even loose vignettes tied together in a montage are better than yet another stick figure shooting someone. Good job on a new story :)
