Nice work

Put ur notice of "PLEASE - If you don't like reading or if you don't enjoy imaginative story-based book-based games, do NOT vote on this because it is NOT intended for you!" at the start of ur comments. 'Cos some ppl might juz dislike it from the start and simply offer u a zero.

I loved it. It reminds me of the pasttimes. Got to figure ur looping of the music soon. Juz like those adventure books, it would be wise for u to learn/draw some grahical images into ur movie. I also wanna pick up items (portions/keys/lantern etc) along the way and put them into use them. This will not only enhance the reader's enjoyment but also aids ur scoring!

Thanks for the ideas! I haven't really gotten that much experience in programming and such, but in the sequels that are gonna come from this series, I'm sure that eventually I will be doing something like that. Thanks a lot for the review, I really appreciate it!

I tohught that the music was pretty good, and this gmae was just plain fun to play. The font you used was pretty cool, too, and the buttons didn't look bad, either. You had 'PLAY' and 'REPLAY' buttons, too, which are good things to have.

Well, the music kind of stopped after a while but I guess if it didn't, it would get repetitive. Also, maybe you could have made it longer...?

Thanks a lot for your compliments and suggestions! Yeah, I had in my commentary that I hadden't figured out how to loop my music yet, but hopefully I'll have that fixed up soon. And, trust me, when Demons Wrath 2 comes out in a month or so, it'll be WAY longer than this one, with different possible storylines, more difficulty, and hopefully some nifty pictures too!

nice style

This reminds me a very old sort of games I used to play in my commodore 64... I think I would have enjoyed it more if you had added more than two options each time, and if the "wrong one" didn´t kill you right away.
I don´t believe you need animations or fancy graphics on this one, the style is just fine.

As I have said in previous reviews (although you can't read them yet), I made this one have only one storyline because it needs to be like that as it is merely the opening to the Demons Wrath series I am making. Thanks a lot for the review.

A quiz is where you ask questions about games/movies/shows/etc.. This was a game, just in book-format. Like I said, it's based on the Chose-Your-Own-Adventure books. Thanks!

Needs More

This game needs a little more. Maybe you could add an animation that goes along with the choices you pick. That will keep people playing because I got bored with it right away. People dont want to read they want to watch. I ll have to say the concept is good but tell people why is parents got killed by demons.

I would like to have animations in this, but I lack talent when it comes to art. As well, no friends of mine are willing to help. I am sorry this game did not meet your needs, and that it bored you, but I hope it doesn't discourage you to try the next steps in this series that will come later on down the road. As well, the reason as to why the band of Demons struck that town and took him will be revealed later in the series, no, it wasn't just part of their path of destruction as people were led to believe.
