its just too short. The animation rocked, crows are one of the hardest birds to draw and you did it perfect. Its just why why too short. If there was just more.

Don't take this the wrong way.
Congratulations on jumping the first animation hurdle: you're not shit. A good style and understanding of flash, but the content was very lacking. That was all that earned it a blam.
If you seriously want to animate good pieces for NG, just keep practicing and you'll do well. Good luck.
