Do not read... SPOILERS!
1) Talk to the black guy.
2) Go straight ahead. Go through the exit door, pick up the blonde wig.
3) Go back to reception. Go right, click on the door furthest away from you.
4) Click the coat, the computer (Just press "I forgot my NIP" and keep pressing the buttons), the footprints (both the male and female sets)
5) Leave. Go to the door closest to you this time, and talk to Dr. German.
6) Go back to reception. Talk to the secretary.
7) Go to Dr. Ferrer's home.
8) Talk to the wife... Go left... click the piano (Easter Egg)
9) Go into the little room. Go to the bin - click the torn up image - do the puzzle.
9) Go back to the clinic. Talk to the secretary... Show her the image.
10) Go to elizabeth's... talk to her.
11) Go back to Dr. Ferrers... ask her about Elizabeth.
12) Go to Elizabeths again, show her the picture with her name on it.
13) Go make sure you've asked everyone every possible question.
14) Go to the crash site...stupid movie bit, go back, pick up the key (shiny thing)
15) Go to elizabeth's apartment. Pick up the book. Go to the bookstore - show the guy the blonde wig after he talks about his hair falling.
16) Go see francis.
17) Go see Mrs. Ferrer (again)
18) Go to elizabeth's house. Talk to the guy... then click the note on the floor, click the curtain behind the sofa, and put the switches to TWO and ONE. In that order.
19) Go click the "cheesecake" painting that is bathed in yellow light. The Initials are E and F.

BY THE WAY!
The cyanide thing is wrong... cyanide kills almost instantly.
The people don't have enough emotions...
And the last phrase, "Dr German had been murder" is wrong... it should be murdered.
There's also when you first talk to Mrs Ferrer, a mistake where she says "he his dead."
All in all a pretty good game with a few silly mistakes. Also, half of the inventory items are red herrings. The only ones you need are the wig, the picture, the key.
