Reviews for "Blan's Guide to Buttons"

awsome but how do i get it back to button screen

really good but how do i make it go back to the button creen

blanblan responds:

I'm not sure I completely understand what you're asking me. Feel free to message me; I'll see what I can do.

Thanks

This really helped me! I wanted to make a play button and an easter egg. So I watched this, and now I'm making a video. Thanks blanblan!

blanblan responds:

Aha! The best of luck with that.

No problem, I'm here to help. Or, at least, my tutorial is.

Hoho.

Thanks man it helped a lot

Wow i wish I ll do a cool game some day..
But who cares you are cool

blanblan responds:

So long as you believe in yourself.

Ha. Ha.

Thanks for reviewing.

Thabj you ^^

This, my friend, is an excellent tutorial, wery well written, some humour, (Cookie LOL) and very simple, the only downside is that i cant completely mute the music, only partial, maybe add an mute button? Oh and this tutorial made me make my paint.net tutorial :-D

very good job!!

blanblan responds:

Mute button. It's obvious now that I think about it...

Thank you very much.

Easy to follow

Easy to follow for beginners works fine on normal buttons, but i have 2 buttons in a movie clip and if i add the code onto the button that is in the movie clip it does everything but the frame jumping
example:

on ( release) {
gotoAndStop(3)
_root.Complete._visible = false;
}

the bottom code is working right, but it doesn't go to the frame.

blanblan responds:

If the frame you want it to lead to is on the main timeline, put a _root before the gotoAndStop(3); as well.

Otherwise, message me, and we'll see if we can figure something out.
