Reviews for "Halved"

Sound prob?

It was ok. New for sure. Work on the pixels and please please fix the sound.

Mutation responds:

About the pixelated look, though the entire thing save for the last few frames were purely vector, it's how it was rendered to keep it a manageable filesize. As for the sound, same thing for the filesize, and sadly I cannot fix it as the bass guitar used to make the sound has been sold. I do appreciate a constructive critique, though, and much better works are in the planning.

well

its a good concept but i found it somewhat boring. This kind of thing is not something i generally vote high on, but it still might make it through

Mutation responds:

I don't blame you, this little project was more of an educational venture, dashed with a bit of artism and a touch of flair. It takes both good and bad to inspire, because a solid wall of either can lead to overconfidence or despair. I have seen many "good concepts but boring" in this humble stack of reviews, which tells me what I should keep doing, and what I should change. I thank you for your input, and promise you and all others something better in the future. =)

hmmm..

well that was really random. the graphics were really good. how did u get it 3D?

Mutation responds:

Through a little program called Swift 3D, listed in the credits. If I was able to show the pretty version (Yes, this was one ugly rendering of what it truly looks like) It would have wow-ed you.. save for the sound and admittedly lack of point. I am planning something better, though. Something involving more than half a wineglass isn't hard to conceptualize, just difficult to make come alive.

Well

THis was noob quality. it would be better if you spent something and read some flash codes before you attempt making a flash movie again

Mutation responds:

I've seen your submissions. They're only photo slideshows of viral internet photos that can be easily found on Google Images. And last I checked, that doesn't really take a whole lot of skill, time, or creativity to do. In fact, it's as simple as copy and paste. Don't tell me to read Flash documentation until you've done the same.
