Yes, it could have been longer. The Animation was pretty good, but it could have been better.
The souns however, was extremly good. Nice job on doing that :D Keep it up, maybe you could join a sound team or something.

Good and Bad
Well, first off, the animation seems a bit poor, however it's rich in a way as well, also a good use of lighting, and it has a happy ending of the guy smoking his 200$ (wth? :P) pipe. All the flaws can easily be worked out, keep it up and i'm sure you'll get there.
