This is very original. One thing however that irritates me is the fact that the real Etch a sketch could never have straight diagonals, but yours did. It might have been a little more realistic to put in the shaky diagonals. I'm not complaining except for that. This is good, first flash or not. I think this might even get front page!
only problem is, that would take huge amounts of code, and there isnothing stoping your from being uber carefull in the real thing.

Recreationally Slow
. . . but overall very good. The only suggestions I have for this is to make the pen respond at different levels: slow, medium, fast, faster. Maybe add some stamps: stars, hearts, diamonds, little cars, spaceships, rabbits, turtles. Adding colour swatches would be awesome too! Great job!

I am going to make a new version with lots of cool stuf, such as stamps, colours, line thiknes. and some music. I will also make it so you can move the drawing point without drawing, if you get what I mean.
im currently working on a time crises style shooter game. so flash-a-sketch v2 will have to wait.

i think that this was pretty good for a first flash
it gets boring really fast but it was still entertaining for a little while
lol i always sucked ass at etch-a-sketch but this made it alot easier
