I found it to be quite helpful.
I liked this flash. It was helpful to people aiming for some awards! The menu looked great! I thought you did an awesome job on it. I also like how you had an option of text and audio. I've always loved those Clock voices so I chose the audio. The style of this flash was good, I really thought it was a good idea to make this. Also the music was really good too. You had a lot of helpful information on this. Great job making this flash, keep it up!

The background was pretty nice, but the music was a bit annoying. Anyway, nothing too serious.
I love speakonia voices, somehow, so extra points for that! :D
I guess it's helpful, but the awards are sometimes randomly given, or deleted for mass-voting or mass-reviewing, I think you should have warned that :P

Although you tried....
It wasn't very good. Why? Because The voices were from speakonia, and were really annoying in this case, along with that horrible music. and no duh you have to make your flash good quality in order to win an award. How else would you win it? It didn't have much explanation and it only had a few tweened backgrounds.
But still, you seriously can do better, I know your potential level, and if you put it all towards a good project, you CAN get a good scoring flash movie! PS, I like the Ultamite Simpsons sound board. :P

I really dont call that an animation...why? because its not. its not hard to make something like this and i dont know why it passed. all you did was write what the award was, explained what you need to get it, and then how to get it...just in text. i seriously dont know how this passed.

- Wasn't descriptive enough on how to obtain some of the awards
This flash wasn't too bad since it was being brief on giving descriptions on how to obtain the awards so I'll just stick with giving you an overall above average 7.
