Eh.

Well, I marked the graphics and style down because of the spritelyness, although you made a couple which was good. In the future I'd like to see prettier speech bubbles, if you're using them. I prefer (good) voices to words. Anyway, the bubbles--blocky and lumpy.
The music was cookie-cutter Mario, but the "Bowser's Castle" music had a nasty ugly loop--you could really tell when it started over.
Finally, the story--it was unique, I suppose, for Mario--what with the trapping and piping, but nothing really piqued my interest. Why should Mario take this entrapment? How could a CEO possess so much rage and power? And why go to the trouble to punish the janitor, destroying your life in the process? Eh... didn't really impress. But keep submitting, and working.

Not too bad.

Graphics: 8-bit Mario. Unoriginal and pretty crappy.

Style: Once again, unoriginal. Mario has been used so many times like this.

Sound: Pretty boring music, nothing special.

Violence: Hardly

Interactivity: None (but it's a movie)

Humor: Not bad. I wasn't rolling on the floor, but it wasn't completely stupid.

yea, i've done some without sprites too, but I just thought a sprite movie would be a fun thing to make. I didnt want to draw mario, I never like it when people have mario all drawn out and stuff.

Kudos to your spritey skills.

I quite liked it. I have a few suggestions, of course:

Pick a more fitting font for your text bubbles...in fact, redo the bubbles completely. They were very clunky and primative.

Keep the background music going throughout; don't stop after Bowser's fall. Play a little victory music, then go into the main Mario theme.

In the opening scene, it would be nice if the ground were visable.

Regardless, it was very well-done. Good job!

sorry about the bubbles... that was one of the sprites that I made myself. i'll see if I can make better ones next time. Maybe I'll make the ground visible next time too.

Pretty good

Its had a really good start, but towards the end there were places where the animation seemed to be a bit shaky, mainly the bowser chase scene when Mario jumps. Also the change in music is a bit overwhelming, maybe try editing it to fade in so it doesn't hit as hard. Other than that is good.
