I thought it was fine, but it was waaaay too limited in controls. You can't do anything other than move forward and perform tricks. It's not like the real Excitebike, but it is worth playing just for the mere presentation, and the music rocks.

sorry but why cant i control any of the actions, the only thing i do is just press the space bar at the beggining.

If you're going to use the title and graphics of a classic NES game, at least try to emulate the controls or improve on them. 'race game' lacks all of the things that made excitebike cool such as lane changing, wheelies, turbo, etc. It feels fast, but sometimes it looks like the graphics are at a standstill or going backwards. maybe randomize the pattern a little or spread out the foreground graphics so they don't produce that disorienting illusion. also (just a minor bug), the music at the ending of race game doesn't stop when you go back to the title. Sorry to be harsh, but this could be quite fun with some more development. The little daft punk style title music is cool, too.
