I love a good Mario flash, and this has the makings of a great series. I love the use of the flashbacks at the beginning, and the Super Mario RPG refs......... not nearly used enough. (highly underrated game). Looking forward to the second and third parts!

Great beginning, with the music and clips from other Mario games, but then.. the actual movie started. Voices were bad, lip sync was horrible, on the plus side though good music.

It's not what it seems...
I didn't much like the voices, and the animation was choppy at spots, such as the toads going down the stairs, and the pacing of the film could pick up. If you've got a lower-end computer mike like I've got, a tightly held notecard juuuuust in front of the mike can do wonders for sound quality. Just make sure to enunciate and such.
I did like the sword design, though. Not that I'm a "Prowlies" or anything, but keep on workin'. Thanks for sharing, though.
