time-saving without cheating
its great that some of you have found ways to cheat, but that actually makes it harder on you than it has to be. making lots of tweaks to your course doesn't necessarily mean taking lots of time. for the more complex levels, focus on just the first piece of the course and get that working right, usually by concentrating a lot of positive charge behind the ball to get it moving and making curved-shaped patterns to get it to turn, with more charge at the apex of the turn than in other parts of it, but still a lot less than the charge that got it started. make sure you test the course one piece at a time so you don't spend lots of time making something with no chance of working.
for an explanation of my strange ratings:
3 for violence was for the more dangerous weapons i inadvertantly made. 4 for humor was for all the laughing at myself all the times i made a course that had the ball barely moving forward but making progress, only to get too close to a negative charge and have it go spinning off the screen.
