Truly a rare breed of Flash quality
Anyone who is stupid enough to vote zero on something this good, is just telling the world about how truly ignorant they are. Love the style, the animation is crisp and smooth and best of all; the music ties in perfectly with the mood. Overal a triple AA effort and absolutley worth watching! I believe a sequel is in order! 10/10. You deserve it.

Breakdown....
Usually, when I vote well on an excellent flash like this, I write a review saying "FUCKING AWESOME!", and leave it at that. But, for a movie this good - especially since you said that it was your first "true" attempt to pass, I decided to break it down for you:
Graphics: 8/10
Pretty self-explanatory there. Just overall nice graphics with nice animation flow.
Sound: 9/10
Also, self-explanatory. Pulse Ultra owns!
Interactivity: 9/10
Now, I know, it's a flash movie, generally, physically speaking, no interaction. But, when the movie played, I imagined myself as an average NG user, just as Doug, inspired to make flash. I put myself in his shoes, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, who feels that they could put themselves in the movie and make it work.
Humor: 10/10

A movie about Newgrounds, for Newgrounds, shows dedication to work. If I was to submit a flash, I would definate do a tribute, parody, etc.. The flow was nice, the plot was great, and it's overall just one of those flashes that has it all. I'm sure it won't get anything like a "Daily 1st Place" or anything, but I wouldn't be surprised to sed an "Underdog of the Week", or perhaps a "Review Crew Pick". I'm sure Newgrounds audiences will accpet it as an excellent flash.
Now, you'll take some heat from fuckers who will say, "WTF?! What a fucking nerd, has to feel important by moving his way to the top!" But you'll also inspire and motivate users to be the best Newgrounder they can be. Take it all in stride, and, like SMC90 said: SEQUEL! 5/5 and a 10/10!

Though the story of a Newgrounds user getting Blammed and going crazy has been done to death. This was pretty entertaining. Keep up the good work.
