Good Drawing
The graphics were pretty good and the animation wasn't bad either, but the sound was kind of repetitive and the story-line was a little lackluster.

in the begining when the robot blows up the buldings the windows stay afteteer the bulding blow up but its good the music kicks ass

Meh.
Its pretty good, But the graphics were lacking, I.E. The Stick figures. But, it was in no means bad.

Well, the animation was rather basic, but no doubt better than what I could do. The picture of the Earth at the beginning was good. As has been said, the windows of the buildings seemed to stay behind after the buildings themselves had collapsed.
I think the destruction of the tree could have been a bit more detailed, such as having it reduced to a blackened stump or something along those lines. I did like the way you appeared to make the people melt, though.
The no doubt obligatory scene of the military attacking the alien invader I felt was a bit short. Perhaps you could've added some infantry as well, even maybe somehow fitting in the navy, to give the impression that the best the armed forces had was no match for it.
As for the ending, well that certainly was a deus ex machina, wasn't it? A bit anticlimatic, too. Surely you could have added some explosionds to the end? :)
