Oh Billy...
Wow, i loved that edventure!, the voice over guy has the most annoying accent ever which makes for a great effect, and billy's voice is so cool and layed back. The graphics were so-so, i mean atleast you put some great effort into it. The style and idea of the whole billy taking drugs and billy vishun was great. Great work overall i have to say your humour was funny, i mean it was a risk but you pulled it off.

I think I like drugs better now.
The voiceover was annoying. I really liked that. And the animation style was sloppy, but funny. it was a bit long, but I think it was worth it. The sound got a little out of sync at the end. Fairly badly, actually. I think I'm OK with that.

it was a tad long though, and some of the information was wrong. For example, Marijuana (AKA pot, weed, reefer, grass, cannibis) is not a hallucinigenic drug. Neither is crack/cocain (even though you state that Billy took some bad crack. Crack/cocain is a stiumlant and the effect of it is just like drinking a crapload of coffee).
Also, you make it seem like all those drugs are dangerous, when in reality is it impossible to overdose on Marijuana.
marijuana is dangerous, you could, as was shown, dope and drive, some of those drugs harm unborn babies, they can also make you do stupid things which can lead to death. As for those other things, take that up with the Australian Drug Foundation, because that's where the information comes from.
