Well , wasnt exactly great , the animation had its short commings . But I think it was pretty good . And i liked how you used the music from Saw near the end .

... if you want it to be taken seriously. As it is, you can't. Work on drawing the characters more realistically, especially the end scene. Timing of movement is important, and over-using tweens in Flash usually messes this up.
As a concept it's not bad. Though why he'd stay for an entire night doing that confuses me. The ending lacked a conclusion; the flashback came much too early.
I recommend taking another attempt at this.

Well done for early submissions, but the fact is that it wasn't scary, rather more confusing. The art was decent, escpecially considering the stage you seem to be at, at the current moment. Work on storywriting, thats the main problem. Slightly short, but not a bother.
