IMO not funny, but animation was good.
Looks like alot of time was spent on this. I like ht blur effect for things in the distance, the voices were well done, good idea for flash. However none of the jokes even got a smile from me.

The script was good, it just lacked experience in the other areas.
Maybe if you had made it more fast paced the punchlines would've had more effect.
