there's one thing that pisses me off in a game and thats UNBALANCED. Yes you have a very serious unbalancing issue. I understand you want the boss to be a challenge and the random fights but the fact is you did not balanced Sonic correctly then. His Healer spell costs 80 points. He has no items, no way to heal himself. Therefore the cost is excessive. In random fights you are more prone to getting killed by the pure fact that you are not recovered at the end of battle, at least your health and magic points. Which is why Healer seems so prohibitive in cost. Quite frankly the super form offers very little. I would have preferred a Super Form with more variety in techniques. Also you should have allowed damage to build up the SP gauge. Or transfer MP to the SP gauge or vice versa. Its not a bad game. But its rather unbalanced.
Slightly less terrible
I mean, the "new innovative rpg system" is exactly the same, because instead of getting into random battles, you have to trigger a tripwire, but hey, you got rid of that sucky voice acting, and this one involves strategy instead of just clicking on your magic until you get overdrive.
