you might consider tuning the A.I. down a bit, it was way too hard

Youre right, i read the title and thought, yay another pong game!!
However, that was not the case at all. Your unique version had good graphics, and had nice gameplay. You r right, those AIs r hard as mess. Is a pretty good game

yes, it was a well done pong game! Now I will just say some things
Areas of stregth:
-good graphics
-good concepts
-could be challenging
Areas needing improvement:
-like most pong, it eventually got boring... Make something that really, REALLY stands out of the crowd
-AI got way to easy, I am sorry to say
-I know you said movement is hard, and it is to hard, fix it.
Now I said more negative than positve things, but rest assure, I thought it was well done!
