Doesn't flow
I think you could make this flow much better by making the dream sequence more to do with food (since it's about dieting) and having a more consistent style. I would definitely suggest adding more detail; the white background and sketchy animation doesn't fit well with the character you've drawn. Having the character bounce through a dreamworld of twinkies and carrots battling to the death would fit much better with the theme than a bunch of random math equations and a talking carrot. It's okay to be a little random as it can add humor to the flash, but throwing some stuff together and then slapping a punchline on it isn't very entertaining. You can make this idea work. It just needs, at the very least, a vague storyline.
