I never played Ninja Gaiden, but I do know he kicks ass. I don't have a problem with the flash not relating to the game much. But I suppose if you name it right like the game, you might want to emulate it as much as possible.
But mouse_mat is still a complete dweeb to have flamed you so much for not being as perfectly close as he dreams it would be.
One complaint: you ended the part I in the very middle of an attack? Bad form, chap. At least have him kill them all, then end the scene. Because I have no doubts that Ryu will kill that dude, it leaves no suspense, therefore no reason to pause it there.

I haven't actually watched the clip yet. I just wanted to comment on how much of a dork the person who wrote the review below is.
You disgrace Ninja Gaiden
Hmm...Let's see, where to begin. Firstly, really short, I mean there's no excuse for spliting it in 2 parts, unless part 2 will be 10 minutes or more.
Secondly, that trashy and scuzzy music does not go with Ninja Gaiden, my friend. Unless you've actually played the game you would have realised that 70% of the game's soundtrack is acid, with 20% electronic. Speaking of sound, don't even get me started on Ryu's dreamy teen sensation voice; what the hell were you thinking? If you can't even do simple grunts and sighs for Ryu's voice don't even do it, he's not even that much of a talker.
Thirdly, if you had played the game (which at this point I'm doubting you have) you'd have realised that it's lightning fast action, not slow and boring like your animation makes it out to be. Fourthly, when (or where in fact) does this flash take place in the Ninja Gaiden universe? Fifthly, the animation stinks, you make it look as though Ruy was made of rubber. The only good think I can possibly think of is that you used the game's actual soundtrack...for a few seconds albeit.
Finally, please do not make part 2, unless you solemnly swear that it won't disgrace Ninja Gaiden.
