This is wonderful!

Getting buttons to work only during certain times of the day probably took a good chunk of file size. I fully understand why this isn't complete, because NG has a filesize limit that you probably have to get a special review from them to override. You are showing NG what it's so far so they'll give that rewiew.
Graphics: Wonderful with the filesize issue!

Style: It IS getting just a little old, virtual pets.

Sound: Wonderful sounds, and I recognize the Sonic Adventure 2 Chao Garden music! I still have that, because a dreamcast was about all my dad could sneak into the house...Just great!

Violence: ...

Interactivity: Once again, buttons work during the times listed, and not when you leave those times. Fully working tic-tac-toe and AI interface, which must have taken forever! A little shaky on the how to gain money part, but I assume its the games, because my money goes up after that. After getting a new highscore maybe?

Humor: Tic. Tac. Toe. And those furry funny animal bodies, and I saw a newspaper hate once :D!

Overall: Amazing.

Two things: CHEATS.
Cheat One: For the ball game, click on the top so the ball never leaves the ground, and it will count these clicks.

Cheat Two: For Tic-tac-toe, try to get X's in three corners, you cant be beat! Not really a cheat....

and the thing about virtual pets getting old. how many virtual pets on newgrounds have actually done it right :-/ i mean they're all just feed, drink, scold and play =P

the filesize thing is exactly right, i mean hell. i'd love for the game to have been bigger. but the filesize was up to 4 and half. i was thinking of having a fat system where if your pet hate too much then he would have a bigger stomache and you have to burn off the fat in the gym. but i thought that this would bring the file size over 5

thats quite a game i usally loom for...cute,interacite(a lot) and something you can play with every now and then!

earning money:
+$10 each time u bounce ball or get high or low correct answer

my tactic for tic tac toe:
take the middle 1st,then any of the corners,then the corner above/below/beside,then go inbetween the corners and u win it,

thing i think wud be good 2 add in:
*clothes like jumpers,t-shirts,shots,pants,trousers,shoes ect.
*more games for tournament EG.snakes+ladders,checkers,chess ect.
*wear the medals
*lenses(change the look of eyes)
*nose transplant(changes look of nose)
*facial expressions
*gender select
*skin changer(changes the pets colour)
*hair dyes(changes hair colour)
*things to hold EG.staff,scepter,laptop,drink,sword,bow ect.
*clock change(change look of clock)

if they were added then it could become 1st place on newgrounds!
think of it: it could be BEST VIRTAUL PET GAME EVER MADE!!(if you add them) i would appretiate it if you did,then id be on it for ages!

PS:ppl that want it so u meet other ppl well...lets say i dont think itd become an MMOI(mass multiplayer online interactive) ;)

its a great game and ill continue playing but you should have an actual way to make money....by the way theres a GOOD bug in ball bounce.well, all you have to do is click right at the top edge of the ball directly iun the middle and click away... good way to get a high score.

Its been a while but I think the title screen is from Sonic the Fighters. Loading screen is Animal Crossing. Main screen is Sims and everything else is Chao. I have no clue what the Stadium music is anymore.
