Not bad
This was more entertaining than you give it credit for. The sound effects were very well-placed, and the music worked well too. The graphics were just a couple spirtes, true, but you really know how to use them. The only coupe faults I can find are its length (it was short of course, but it also moved quite quickly, which isn't too bad I guess) and the lack of blood. Granted, it may have looked better than like this then with the blood, so I don't mind that too much either. Great first flash.

i know you didn't ask for advice or anything, but you could turn this into a longer "tournament style" animation, after one character is beat, another comes into the scene and another etc.

for some reason Blanka from street fighter vs Yoshi, comes to mind, i think you'd do a great job pulling it off.
