great with lots of room to improve!
first off, let me say i loved it. alright, so i think you could benefit from a few thigns. first, the sound levels fluctuated a lil, specifically with the newscaster as opposed to the main charecter.
next, the comic book style and general artistry kicked ass. the gameplay was kinda shitty. i liked pushing the button to open the shades, that felt immersive, it made me a part of the comic, of the story. the gun fight just seemed like a bad gunfight.
i think you could either develope the gaming aspects more as you have in youre other games, or, and this would be easier, and in my oppinion better, you could try to do more like the button on the shades.
instead of a complete phase shift to the fight scene, do something like kratos' finishing moves, or indigo prophecy(farenheit) and such.
in the movie after the fight he kills ppl with knives, you could have it so that we control that by clicking on stuff or w/e and just make the whole thing an interactive movie. that would rock.
Its Great but
yo its great but on the scenes with the blood it just plainly looked wrong. Like at one point the graphics were greate then turns to crud... sorry if this is offensive but im tired of people putting stupid reviews and being generous for no reason be cause they liked the story line.
A good spin on a great series
i recently played the side scroller BOA games and i gotta say that i enjoyed them alot and that this is a great way to take that series even further. i really liked the way you handled the cutscenes. very frank miller.
the gameplay was pretty good for a flash shooter. there arent many that can match up to this. i think that perhaps the reload time is a little too slow, and that the enemy fire needs to be toned down just a bit, but other than that good work. i hope to see a full version soon.
