what I dont understand
If their country sucks so bad why dont they just stop reproducing?

Their growth rate is only 1.9% which isn't outrageous and their fertility rate compared to other nations is actually lower (2.5 as opposed to 2.7), so if you are arguing they should be reproducing less, they are sort of reproducing at the average so population isn't that huge of a problem.
If you are arguing against them having any children at all, then I would argue it is a human mechanism to perpetuate our race and that you are over simplifying the problem.
