Loads of fun! The music kept reminding me of the song from the end of The Breakfast Club for some reason.
One problem...
I had a problem with jumping the platforms after a while once you miss one is respawns you in the middle of two platforms and by the time it lets you move you die again and again and again..so I lost the game because of that. It happened at the apple tree first then the second time I played it happened at the acorn guy. So you might want to check into that.. Other then that it was a good game..hard to shoot the bad guys some times but I liked the style the sound and the overall game.. great job just fix the few problems with the respawn. :)

Really slick but...
...a little slow. Don't get me wrong, it's gorgeous, but I'm not sure if it was all of the different elements (likt the bat-wielding sun) being animated, or the grass, but something was slowing me down big time. I don't need a crazy-paced game, but a little faster than this, please.
It would also be nice to have a FF button for the cut scenes instead of just a skip -- (or again, here a little more speed would be good) -- because I wanted to read it all, but I didn't want to wait. for. all. the. lines. to. come. up.
