weaknesses overpower the strengths
i liked the loading screen. i really did. i thought that was cool. i liked the art. but there were too many random pauses and it was too slow. not to mention NO PLOT AT ALL. i really did not like how you only gave credit for one music source. but anywayy, if you fixed it up and gave it some purpose for being it might be good.
it's got potential
there is a lot of place to improve: the eyes, for exemple, and the hands reaching too long. try to improve it a bit, and do the fights between soldiers longer.

It's a shame the graphics weren't really good, you should try shading a bit more.
Also, it seemed like you didn't even know how to use a motion tween (the gates opening, moon moving). You could try looking up some tutorials on Guide Layers (for the moon) and motion tweening (simple movement, but smooth).
I hope you try again, because this does look promising.

I think you could go somewhere with this. I think the main thing is to up the framerate somewhat. It looked a bit choppy sometimes. However, I think you're on the right track!
