Greatest game on NG!
Man, I was soooo angry when I finished the game. Hurry up with V.1.1!!! This game is great! Oh, theres also this problem in game where if you clicked on a spell, you had to click on one of the 4 menus in order for you to cancel the icon. Maybe you should make it so that if you click on the icon again, it deselects the spell cursor. Other than that, youve got a perfect 10!

I know it wasn't clearly marked, but if you press the Space Bar when you have the spell selection icon out, you will cancel the spell. With the next version I will probably make a tutorial at the beginning which will cover everything.
Best Game ive Played so far
The Game reminds me of Baldurs gate for pc and icewind dale...i Really enjoyed those games so i loved this one, keep up the work!

It's realy a shame to hear you're starting over.
I greatly enjoyed the real time battle system wich seems rare for a flash game, and the wide varity of itoms available.
The experience/leveling system felt like the Elder Scrolls series.
One thing that whould be nice is if you touched up on the story a little. Nothing wrong with it however, a little more detail never hurt. Also, if you could put a little more background information on the world in general (legends, history, ect.).
On the down side, the game was a little simple. Perhaps if the creatures regaind health. Also, health potions were a bit useless since all you had to do was leave a room, use the healing spell, then go back in.
I didn't seem to run into many of the glitches people have noted but, I'm probably just lucky.
Over all, a great game. Personaly, I think it's the best Flash Game I've ever played!
I can't wait till you've finnished the remake of it. Keep up the good work!

Thanks a lot! I really wanted to make this game contain the possibilities for vast and in-depth stories. I just could not get all I wanted packed into the game by the time I needed it done. For the next game I make, I don't think I will be submitting it to any contests (and therefore will have no time limits), and that way I will be able to write the dialogue and make some books scattered about which will give the player a more dynamic and creative look at how the world around them works. I really like your suggestions, though you must have just been lucky not to get any of the bugs. Thanks for taking the time to review!
