It was ok
The animation was pretty good, but the plot line was somewhat lacking, it was there, but there wasn't much of it (which in a megaman game there isn't usually much of a plot line, but this is a flash, not a game).
The sounds were what really upset me, I don't know how easy megaman sounds would be to find, but I would bet money they are out there. And even if you couldn't find any in the timeframe you gave yourself, at least don't steal them from other games (without naming names, i certainly recognized the creation and death "charging" sound from a certain rpg game).
The movie was pretty much just pure violence, but it was animated enough that I didn't think it was too bad. Safe for kids and stuff. The whole scene selection thing was pretty good, I don't usually see that on flash animations. And humour, well, there wasn't really any.
So it was ok, but it wasn't great. Worth one or maybe two viewings.

It was kind of good, mostly laggy >.< but the thing i just hated! it was the batman theme and kill bill song music!!!!!!! you've got to change that.

I think they fit really well. Notice the timing with the Batman music and him appearing. In the Industry we call that 'Mickey Mousing'.
