Good, but there are way to many tuts like this. The advanced tutorials are even getting old. Its hard to stand out, and although you seem to know alot about flash, the poorly drawn custom cursor and the Gratient background lowered the apearance.
Good and helpful to beginners, but has little to offer for advanced artists.

Very helpful and can get a new flash artist on the right track.

There are way to many tutorials for begginers. Maybe advanced tutorials are the way to go. Also something tells me you used the info from another tutorial.
IMPROVEMENTS
You could add more things for advanced artists. Also you could improve the graphics in the background.
